According to reports, Tee Land, a property developer is buying Casa Contendere, which is a freehold located along Gilsted Road for $72 million in a collection sale. The price translates to $1,638 per square foot per plot ratio with the inclusion of a development charge estimated to be $15.1 million.

The 35 Gilstead (Former Casa Contendere), is a four-storey block with 11 maisonette units and is located in District 11 near Newton MRT. This freehold sits on a 37,972 sq ft land with a 1.4 plot ratio.
