Margaret Ville was made available through the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales for residential (Non-landed), with bids starting at $185.758 million. After a competitive tender process, which saw some impressive bids, in the end it was the MCL Land firm which won the leasehold of 99 years to develop the site, coming in at a bid of S$238.39 million—the highest for that specific tender. This translates to roughly $997.85 per square foot, which is expected to rise to S$1,700 by the time the condo is launched.

Margaret Ville is centrally located close to major transport hubs such as the Ayer Rajah Expressway and the Commonwealth MRT station, and is also close to popular shopping centres like IKEA Alexandra and Alexandra Central, Queensway Shopping Centre, and a slew of other exciting retail developments that are currently underway.

Residents will also have access to some of the area’s most prestigious schools like the International Anglo-Chinese School, as well as the Crescent Girls’ School, while some of Singapore’s premier recreational, dining and shopping facilities at Orchard Road, Sentosa and Dempsey, are a few minutes’ drive from Margaret Drive.
